BY TRAIN: From “Santa Lucia” station, we recommend going by the water bus, line 1 or 2.
By line 1 you will be able to get off at “Sant’Angelo” stop and within about 5 minutes’ walk you will be at the Hotel.
Otherwise, by line 2 you can get off at the very convenient “San Samuele” stop and within 3 minutes’ walk along a path without any bridges to cross, you will arrive at our Hotel.

BY PLANE: From Venice “Marco Polo” airport, we recommend reaching us by Alilaguna public service. By the Orange line, within about 1 hour you will arrive at Sant’Angelo stop. The nearest to us. From there, within 5 minutes’ walk you will be at the Hotel.

BY CAR: You can park your car in Piazzale Roma at the “Garage S. Marco” with which we have agreements. Through their website: www.garagesanmarco.it, you can book in advance and pay directly upon departure showing the receipt of our Hotel and you will be offered a discount.

Or you can reach us directly via private water taxi, the tariffs are to follow:
– From airport: from 100 to 130€
– From Santa Lucia station: from 70 to 100€
– From Piazzale Roma: from 80 to 100€

Check in time is from 14:00, while you must leave your room free by 11:00.
Feel free to leave your luggage at the Hotel, if you need so.

At our Hotel you can pay:
– in cash
– by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
– Bancomat

If you chose a “Non-refundable Rate” at the time of booking, the credit card will be charged of the total stay
If you chose a “Standard Rate” the credit card will only be used as a guarantee
You will be able to cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days of arrival.
After this period you will be charged the full price of the stay.
We wish to inform you that the Hotel reserves the right to conduct a pre-authorization of the entire amount of the stay to verify the validity of the credit card guarantee.

The reception is available 24h for any need.

At the time of your arrival, you will be asked to submit a valid identity document (ID card, Passport, stay permit, driving license, etc…)

In addition, you will be asked to leave the data of a credit card solely as a guarantee for the room.

You can leave your luggage at our storage, even after the checkout and without any additional cost.
