Mom Alessandra with the help of its sons continues the business with vivacity and creativity which she expresses in the multitude of “cicchetti” that fill up the window: tuna and radish, tuna and leeks, brie and nettle sauce, pumpkin with ricotta and parmesan, or unusual ingredients like flower petals and cocoa. There is no shortage of great classics with salt cod or herring and a variety of cold cuts and cheeses.
In full possession of that Venetian goliardery which characterizes the region, the innkeeper laughs, jokes, sings, let you have some tastes of his wines, he explains them and hopping from table to table as a real innkeeper should do. The food is excellent, the wine is exceptional, but what has left everyone speechless is the hospitality derived from the passion for its own job.
